Please be aware of the following policies.
- We will verify your insurance 48 business hours prior to your appointment. We are happy to extend a 15% courtesy discount at the time of service if your vision insurance is unavailable or out of network. After payment, we will provide itemized billing receipts.
- Copays are due at the time of service – we will bill your insurance out of courtesy to you, but it is your responsibility to be sure you are covered for this visit.
- Cancel or reschedule requests must be received at least 2 full business days (not including weekends or holidays) before your appointment. To do so please reach out to us in the office, as this feature is not yet available online.
At this time, our online portal can only be used to schedule full exams for established patients or appointments with our opticians. For all other scheduling needs, including new patient appointments, please text or call us at 925-253-1320. You can also send an email to office@orindaoptometrygroup.com instead.
No Show Fee
CAN’T MAKE IT?? No problem
To better serve our patients, we have implemented a no-show fee due to a high demand for appointments, effective immediately. Patient care is the top priority here at Orinda Optometry Group. We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel. We ask if you are unable to keep your appointment time or need to reschedule, please call us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50.00
cancellation fee.
